- Digital games must not have been played for more than 2 hours in total.
- Physical games must be returned in original packaging, sealed and undamaged. Opened products may be refunded only if defective or missing components.
- Pre-order games are refundable before the official release date. After release, standard refund criteria apply.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- In-game purchases, consumables, virtual currency, or microtransactions once delivered.
- Downloadable content (DLC) and expansion packs after activation.
- Games that have been played beyond the 2-hour limit for digital products.
- Promotional, discounted, or clearance items marked as final sale.
- Activation keys that have been redeemed.
4. Technical Issues
